If we have agreed to ship outside of these restrictions, the customer is responsible for all taxes, fees, etc.
We welcome local pick up at our Anaheim shop (M-F 8 am-5 pm PST), please message us for details.
We ship every business day via USPS, UPS or FedEx (At sellers discretion), orders are shipped within 1 business day of purchase.

We pack your new wheel using the best safety standards for travel, if you suspect the shipping carrier is responsible for damages, please contact us ASAP so we may resolve the problem.

Once the wheel is scanned and en route, a return request must be started on the buyer's end.
In the event you must return the wheel back to us, please pack it the same way with the same material it was shipped in to prevent damage.
