Do I have to pay for shipping?

Yes. The customer is responsible for handling all of the shipping costs for each item.

What are OEM Replica Wheels?

OEM Replica Wheels are manufactured by a third-party company facility. 

What is a VeloSpinner?

A portable tool used to spin wheels to detect any bents, wobbles, hops, or imperfections that would affect the smooth spin of a wheel. 

How to use VeloSpinner?

1. Place the Spinning stand on a completely flat, stable surface. 
2. Make sure the entire Spade Shaped bottom area of the spinner is on a flat surface and no parts are hanging off the edge. 
3. Place your 10-70 lb wheel on top of the cone, carefully making sure that the outside rim of the wheel is over the flat surface and not over a free hanging edge. 
4. The wheel should be able to bounce slightly, not touching the flat surface, gravity is at work here. 

5. Spin your wheel around several times, if your wheel spins smooth and straight, the wheel is not bent. Any wobbles will show any imperfections of the wheels balance.

How to Clean the VeloSpinner?

You do not have to clean your spinner for most accurate use. If it gets dirty or dusty simply wipe with a clean cloth. 

Do NOT submerge the VeloSpinner in water or spray with a powerful hose. Do not wash this product like you would a wheel

The item I received is not what I ordered, what's next?

Please contact us right away to begin the exchange/return/refund process. 

If we ship an item that does not match the listing, we are responsible for all shipping costs.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your Shipping Policy?

We provide shipping to the lower 48 Contiguous states; we do not ship to APO's.

Shipping is NOT FREE. The total amount charge depends on weight and destination.

If you need a wheel shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico, please contact us. All shipments to these regions are FINAL SALE and refunds, or returns are not available. 

If we have agreed to ship outside of these restrictions, the customer is responsible for all taxes, fees, etc.

We welcome local pick up at our Anaheim shop (M-F 8am-5pm PST). Instant message us for details.

We ship every business day via USPS, UPS or FedEx (At seller’s discretion), all orders shipped within one business day of purchase.

Please provide a valid contact number and email for shipping purposes.

We pack your new wheel using the best safety standards for travel if you suspect the shipping carrier is responsible for damages; please contact us ASAP so we may resolve the problem.

Please allow 3-7 days for delivery, depending on your location, most areas in the U.S. are within five days.

Due to high volumes, a signature not required on our shipments.

It is imperative to make sure you have a responsible party at your residence to receive the package on the expected ETA.

VeloSpinner is not responsible for reimbursing packages that were lost or stolen due to negligence. 

We cannot guarantee arrival times, but we try to be as accurate as possible when we provide you with your tracking number.

Once your purchase is complete, you will receive TWO important emails: 

1. When your order ships from our facility 

2. When your shipment has arrived.

Please pay close attention to arrival times and your provided contact email for any issues or updates.

Expedited shipping is available, and the buyer must contact us before the wheel purchase and shipment. (Estimated cost minimum $20 )

Shipping fees are not refundable unless determined by OEM Wheel Shop is responsible for shipping an incorrect or damaged wheel.

We allow order cancellations must happen PRIOR to wheel shipment. Please Note: Once the wheel has been scanned and is in route, a return request must begin on the buyer's end.

In the event you must return the wheel back to us, please pack it the same way with the same material it was shipped in to prevent damage.

What is your Return/Exchange Policy?

Refund Policy 

Our refund policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused or uninstalled on a vehicle and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

If you purchased the incorrect wheel, by mistake, we are NOT responsible for the shipping return/exchange cost. You, the customer, are responsible for this additional fee. 

If we ship a wheel that is different then what is listed, our mistake, we will be responsible for all return shipping fees.

-Exchanges are available upon request.

-A full refund is also available if an exchange is not an option. 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable) 
- Wheel with obvious signs of use 
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. 
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery 

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at

Exchanges (if applicable) 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and send your item to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Installation/mounting of any wheel(s) on a tire and/or vehicle. *Please be sure the wheel is the correct one you ordered before installing.

Wheels that have been altered from the original state when purchased. Painted, chromed, etc.

I received the incorrect or damaged item in the mail, what's next?

Please contact us right away. If the item you ordered is not the same as the listing, we will handle all shipping costs. 
You have two options for this case:
1. Begin an exchange process to receive the correct item. 
2. Begin a refund process. 

I received an order. but changed my mind. Can I get a full refund?

If you decided that you no longer want or need the wheel/rim. Please contact us to begin the return process. Keep in mind that YOU are responsible for the shipping cost to return unwanted item. 
Expect full refund when the item is delivered to our facility with no damages, alterations, use or obvious signs of installation.

The item I ordered does not fit my vehicle. 

If you ordered a size that is incorrect, we can begin an exchange or refund process if the item has not been installed, altered, or damaged in any way. We have the right to inspect any item/product and determine outcome. 

General Questions

What wheel/rim size fits my vehicle?

Focus on a couple of factors when sizing/measuring your OEM wheel and rim. On every tire, you will find a numerical number that corresponds to the wheel size.
Notice a series of letters and number imprinted on the rubber tire. The set of numbers should look something like this: "195/55/R16/87V." The number after the letter "R16" is the size of your wheel.
1. Make sure tire/wheel faced directly toward you.
2. The size of your wheel will always come at the the end, hence, the "R16" example above.

Can I install my wheel?

We are located in the Orange County and conveniently serve all surrounding cities and counties. 

Stop by our facility to install your wheels for approx $18 per wheel.
